BIOFEEDBACK THERAPY

Variable

As a Masters Level Biofeedback/Bioresonance Practitioner and Masters Level Equine Specialist, LeeAnn Mills has witnessed amazing transformations for humans, horse, bovines, and small animals using this device. There are chronic and acute stress factors that prevent our bodies from optimizing the healing process. This Biofeedback device can detect the subtle vibrations of these stressors and imbalances and then feedback NORMAL vibrations to these specific areas of the body to help “reprogram” that are and optimize the healing process. The anti-aging components of this device are absolutely amazing as well.

COLD LASER THERAPY

$40.00

Cold Laser Therapy or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue and is thought to help accelerate the healing process. It can be used on patients who suffer from a variety of acute and chronic conditions in order to help eliminate pain, swelling, reduce spasms and increase functionality while providing an anti-septic effect. Our top of the line unit can provide relief of pain in as little as one session. Most commonly used for, soft tissue trauma, wounds, neuropathy, tendonitits, etc

SHOCKWAVE

$90-$125/SESSION

The shockwaves are abrupt, high amplitude pulses of mechanical energy, similar to soundwaves, generated by an electromagnetic coil or a spark in water. Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy is used to treat a growing number of tendon, joint and muscle conditions. These include tennis elbow, where results in double blind studies are reported as excellent; chronic tendinitis of the knee and shoulder rotator cuff pain, achilles tendinitis, hamstring tendinitis and plantar fasciitis have also been treated successfully. Treatments range from 2-8 sessions.

ESWT is also used to promote bone healing and treat bone necrosis. It is an effective alternative to surgical treatment of non-healing fractures. ESWT is used for wound healing and has shown positive results in short-term and long-term outcomes in diabetic patients suffering from foot ulcers.

Hatha:

Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga.

Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

Vinyasa:

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

Yin:

This class uses slow deep stretches held anywhere from 3-5 minutes (sometimes longer) giving time for the body and fascia around the muscles to open up. The student will be on the floor the majority of the class using blocks, straps or more to create a quite meditation like stillness with each pose. Here we learn to quite the mind and body. Really is great to gain flexibility. This class is perfect for any level student and perfect for the student that wants to slow things down but benefit from deep stretching.
